Canton Metal Fabrication Shop

Our paint line was developed to handle production runs as efficiently as possible. Our 1,000-point conveyor line is equipped with a three-stage washing system, four spray booths and 10 individual ovens. This allows our three shifts of painting personnel to coat over 9,000 pieces per day!

Tendon has developed several strategic extrusion partners that have the ability to create any type of extrusion for us. In-house Tendon will stock, cut, machine, powder coat, silk screen, etc. those extrusions for you.

Tendon Manufacturing has several fiber-optic lasers and CO2 lasers to handle all types of orders. Our largest tables are 60” x 120” and the maximum thicknesses we cut is ½”.

Our Cleveland facility has over 80 skilled fabricators, of which, 15 are welders. The welding department has the capabilities to MIG, TIG and spot weld: aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel.

Northeast Ohio has many machine shops but what makes Tendon stand out is that we are a one-stop shop. We can machine and fabricate all under one roof. We machine any metal and any plastic.

Canton Prototype Design

Tendon’s engineers are trained in several engineering platforms: GibbsCam, SolidWorks and Striker. Our engineers started on the production floor at Tendon so they have firsthand experience on how parts should be drawn and fabricated.

Canton Silk Screening

Tendon’s graphic design department can put the final touches on your parts. By offering digital printing and classic silk screening, we can make your parts stand out against the competition. Any artwork and any color can be done by Tendon.
