Powder Coating & Painting Services
Inside Tendon’s 50,000 square foot facility is a 1,000 position conveyor line which contains a three-stage washing system and 2 separate powder booths. We can powder coat any color and/or textured powder coat. The only size restrictions are the parts must be less than four feet wide and less than seven feet long. Tendon currently operates its powder coat line on two separate shifts from 3:30 am to Midnight. In 2015 Tendon upgraded the ovens to become more energy efficient and in 2016 added a Gardner Denver Desiccant Dryer to improve air quality and remove all imperfections in the powder line.

Tendon offers wet-spray coating per customer specifications. Most of our finishing is now powder coating but we still offer wet spray for those who require it. We have a dedicated wet-spray painting booth utilizing Wagner wet-spray guns for a professional applications.
